If you are looking at quit smoking websites then you must be trying to come to a decision about the best way to go about it; and whilst it may appear facetious, the answer really is “the one that works for you” – unfortunately for some that’s a case of trial and error. If you have tried several methods to stop smoking and been unsuccessful you can congratulate yourself for weeding out what didn’t work; if this is your first time you can also give yourself a pat on the back, for you are embarking on the first steps of a journey to better health.
In short I offer a two-hour Quit Smoking session which will be tailored to your individual needs. Prior to the session you will received a questionnaire to complete; from the information there I will analyse the habits and patterns you have formed around smoking which will enable me to:
- Discuss strategies to deal with these patterns (or habits) and with people/events that could be a stumbling block to quitting
- Expand your knowledge on the dangers of smoking
- Use a long-standing and successful hypnotherapy script tailored to your circumstances
- Show you a tapping technique to get you over any residual cravings you may have

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Limitations of Hypnotherapy/Clinical Hypnosis
The Client understands and acknowledges the following: hypnotherapy or clinical hypnosis, like any form of psychotherapy or counselling, is not an exact science; a hypnotherapist has no unusual powers or ability and merely attempts to communicate so as to facilitate the Client’s ability to think in a focused manner. The Hypnotherapist makes no claims or guarantees as to the success of hypnotherapy/clinical hypnosis methods, whether the Client will experience trance, or the degree of trance that the Client will experience. Individuals vary as to suggestibility and hypnotisability, and results can be influenced by many factors including the Client’s personality, motivations, mood and health.
Hypnotherapy can be relaxing, and some clients may fall asleep or think they have fallen asleep during the process. The Counsellor will, nevertheless, continue the therapy session, on the assumption that the Client will continue to hear and respond to suggestions and instructions, in the same way that a sleeping person at home will respond to unusual sounds at night, The Client acknowledges that he/she may not remember everything the Hypnotherapist says during the hypnotherapy process.
Payment
The £50 deposit is non-refundable, this covers time spent going through the pre-session questionnaire and preparing a suitable hypnotherapy script.
The remaining £100 must be paid either prior to, or at the end of the session by cheque or cash. Credit is not given under any circumstances.
The Quit Smoking session starts at the agreed time and finishes 120 minutes later. Clients arriving late will have a session consisting of the minutes remaining of that time. Due to other commitments sessions cannot run over the agreed finish time. In the event of a full session not being possible, the full fee will still be payable.
Termination of the session
Should a client appear to be under the influence of any intoxicants, the session will be terminated immediately and the full fee will still be payable.
